A Nigerian female tech start up, DIYLAW, has won the Innovative Justice Award for the SME Empowerment Innovation Challenge for Eastern and Western Africa. Which comes with a cash price of $40,000. The challenge was organized by The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL) and hosted in the Netherlands.
DIYlaw is made up of Funkola Odeley, Bola Olonisakin and Odunoluwa Longer and they came out on top amongst the over 200 applicants from across the world.
Asides from the cash prize of USD40,000 won by DIYlaw, they will also gets tech acceleration support, access to funding / financing, networking and expert advice from HiiL.
